Another Paper on Venture Capital

I took a quick read of this soon to be published paper on venture capital. I wanted to give the author the benefit of the doubt given that the paper would be published in the Journal of Finance. But even on my quick glance, this paper doesn’t add much value. The paper I previously read and wrote about is much, much better. There may be a nugget of gold somewhere in the paper but I haven’t found it yet. If you do, let me know.
