Pronunciation

Here is the proper pronunciation of my name:

Sanjay – – Easy way to remember it: think of the name “Jason” and switch the syllables. The first syllable is “sun” (like the star) and the second is “jay” (like the bird).

Parekh – The Anglo-cized way is – The first syllable is like “pa” (like the southern way of saying dad) and the second is like “wreck” (like an accident). The “real” way of saying Parekh though is more like with both h’s being very slightly pronounced. The Anglo-cized way usually pronounces the second “h” but not the first.
